AvidXchange Affiliate Program
Affiliate Program Overview
The AvidXchange affiliate program is open to consultants, CPA firms, alliances or other organizations that have a web site, forum or have a service or product related to/or that would work with accounting or automated accounts payable software, utility information or energy procurement, and would not typically re-sell software.The AvidXchange affiliate program provides great benefits to it’s affiliates:
- AvidXchange will pay you a share of realized revenue from each qualified customer referred within the approved time frame (see Affiliate agreement for details) using the Affiliate Referral Form, the Affiliate Partner Portal, or via a link using your affiliate code.
- For those leads paid via the referral form or via the online partner portal, you will be paid Referral Fees in the amount of ten percent (10%) of First Year Net Revenue for each customer referral that closes for AvidXchange products, or 10% of First Year Net Profit for any 3rd party products available through AvidXchange.
- Sales made via the referral link (same payment terms as above--but only via a link, without the detailed referral form) will receive five percent (5%).
- Payment will be made in the month following the quarter that we receive payment from the customer. The average referral fee is $1,500 - $3,000 (depending on the type of referral (link or referral form).
- For those partners such as CPA firms who do not wish to receive referral fees, they can pass them along to their clients in the form of a discount in the first year.
In addition to revenue, AvidXchange will
- Handle all of the sales, customer service, fulfillment, and tracking of sales generated from your company.
- Free content to help you understand and promote AvidXchange including videos, tips on how to generate more traffic from your site, product descriptions, Power Points, demo scripts, competitive analysis, promotional templates, graphics, price list, etc.
Affiliate or Reseller?
If you actually proactively sell the product (versus refer clients via the referral form or an affiliate link) you may wish to join the reseller partner program. This will increase your commission and provide even more resources.
